Life at Armory House
Armory House isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s where you make your home on campus. The U of I is a large university but we can help you get connected through social activities, where you can make new friends, and by introducing you to valuable resources on campus and in the community.
We have always been committed to providing a safe living environment for all of our residents, especially now with the public safety and health concerns dealing with COVID-19 (coronavirus). This spring we implemented new procedures and policies in accordance with CDC and Public Health guidelines, and those students staying with us completed the semester safe and healthy. Armory House Dining
Our newly-designed dining space has the feel of your neighborhood café–a meeting place for friends to gather and enjoy great food personally prepared by our chefs.
Choose from one of our flexible meal plans that works best with your schedule and appetite.
I feel Armory House offers a smaller living environment to meet people right away with similar interests while also focusing on our student needs. The staff is always willing to help and has definitely facilitated in making my college experience great. I met my best friends at Armory House!
